Formalities for your trip to India

A visa for your trip to India
French citizens wishing to travel to India must apply for a visa. Whether you arrive at Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Delhi, Goa, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai or any other of the 29 airports designated by the Indian authorities, you must present your visa at the same time as your passport upon entry into the territory your return ticket.
