The national hockey season begins with the first national championship of the sub-junior academy | Ice Hockey News

BHOPAL: A total of 24 teams will compete for the highest honors in the Junior Academy’s first national championship, which marks the start of the country’s national hockey season.
The event started on Monday in Bhopal. After six days of pool matches, the quarter-finals will be played on October 10th, the semi-finals on October 12th and the medal matches on October 13th.

Participating teams include Berar Hockey Academy (Vidarbha) Amravati, Naval Tata Hockey Academy – Jamshedpur, and Odisha Naval Tata Hockey High Performance Center in Pool A.
Pool B consists of Bhai Behlo Hockey Academy Bhagta, Namdhari XI, Olympian Vivek Singh Hockey Academy.
Pool C includes Cheema Hockey Academy, Mumbai Schools Sports Association, Raja Karan Hockey Academy, and Pool D has Citizen Hockey XI, Mata Sahib Kaur Hockey Academy Jarkhar – Ludhiana, and Roundglass Punjab Hockey Club Academy.

Pool E includes Dhyan Chand Hockey Academy, Markandeshwar Hockey Academy, SAI Academy and Pool F includes Ghumanhera Riser’s Academy, Malwa Hockey Academy Hanumangarh and SGPC Hockey Academy.
Pool G includes HAR Hockey Academy, Madhya Pradesh Hockey Academy and Tamil Nadu Hockey Academy, while Pool H includes HIM Academy, Jai Bharat Hockey Academy and Vadipatti Raja Hockey Academy.
