New Delhi: R. Madhavan’s “Rocketry: The Nambi Effect” receives applause from all quarters. After a standing ovation at the Cannes Film Festival in May, the film again received applause from Indian government officials who attended a special screening of the film at the Siri Fort Auditorium in New Delhi.

R Madhavan, who plays the title role in the film, also made his directorial debut with the film. Superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Suriya are also part of the film, albeit only in special appearances. Both played themselves in the film.

Rocketry: The Nambi Effect is based on the inspirational story of the life of Nambi Narayan, who has made an immense contribution to India’s space program. The film also highlights India’s human resources expertise and academic excellence.

Nambi Narayan is based on the life of real-life scientist Nambi Narayan, an ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization) scientist and aerospace engineer who was accused of espionage in 1994.

Rocketry: The Nambi Effect was filmed around the world in locations such as India, Georgia, Russia, Serbia and France. It was also filmed simultaneously in Tamil, English and Hindi. It is also dubbed into other regional languages ​​such as Kannada, Telugu, and Malayalam.
