Park Byeong-seug added that the two sides would discuss economic issues, personal exchanges, the international situation regarding the Korean Peninsula, issues in Asia on which the two countries would work together, and coordination between the two countries. two countries in international forums.

The spokesman for the South Korean National Assembly claimed that Vietnam was a key country in the New South Policy (New southern politics) from his country. He pointed out that on the occasion of the 30th^e Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations next year, the two countries would discuss improving their relations in order to bring their strategic partnership and cooperation relationship to the level of an integral strategic partnership and cooperation relationship.

According to Park Byeong-seug, reaching the target will require bilateral trade to $ 100 billion by 2023.

Regarding the Vietnamese National Assembly’s proposal to strengthen the parliamentary role in promoting the digital economy and the role of women, peace, security and cooperation in recovery from COVID-19, the South Korean leader said the proposal is coming timely and reflect the vision of the Vietnamese leaders.
