She was caught in a beautiful, open moment as she wrote a note about the connection between time and beauty. She wrote: “Beautiful is a feeling. Happy that INDIA has won Miss Universe for the first time in 28 years!! Time flies… beauty stays!!! (sic)”

India also won the Miss Universe 2021 pageant title and previous winner Sushmita Sen extended her wishes to 22-year-old actor/model Harnaaz Sandhu. She called her “Har Hindustani Ki Naz” as she congratulated her on her victory and also gave her some advice from her experience so far. She urged the youngster to enjoy the learning she will receive from the “incredible global platform” that winning the pageant will give her.
She wrote: “Thank you for representing India so beautifully and for bringing back the Miss Universe crown to India after 21 years.
