After users pointed out the gaffe, Ranveer immediately deleted the post and re-shared it, this time without a picture to be on the safe side. Even after the correction, users did not spare Ranveer. One wrote: “It's too late to delete, the internet always wins (laughs with tear emojis).” Another commented: “Posted a Maldives picture and deleted it (looking eyes emoji).”
