John Abraham has finally commented on his heated exchange with a journalist. Vedaa Trailer launch. In a conversation with Ranveer Allahbadia, John candidly said, “I know someone was sent there to instigate me, provoke me and make me angry. And I want to say that they won and I lost because I got angry.” He also criticised the way trailer events are managed these days and lamented the decline of entertainment journalism in India, saying it is “finished” and no longer lives up to its previous standards. John Abraham is facing heavy criticism for posing with Manu Bhaker's Olympic medal, with netizens saying: “She deserves it, you have no right to it.”.

“I don't like releasing trailers because you go back 20 years, the same journalists, the same absurd questions, nobody asks the right questions and I think entertainment journalism in India is dead,” he explained.
