Indonesian badminton players have withdrawn from the 2022 India Open

Several Indonesian players have decided to withdraw from the BWF World Tour Super 500 India Open 2022 tournament, including Leo / Daniel and Gregoria Mariska.

INDOSPORT.COM – Several Indonesian players have decided to withdraw from the BWF World Tour Super 500 India Open 2022, including Leo Carnando / Daniel Marthin and Gregoria Mariska.

As is well known, the Yonex Sunrise India Open 2022 is the opening badminton tournament in early 2022. The All-Indonesian Badminton Association (PBSI) lost in the tournament, which took place from 11.-16. January 2022 took place, not their full strength.

For example Kevin Sanjaya / Marcus Gideon, Praveen Jordan / Melati Daeva, Greysia Polii / Apriyani Rahayu, Anthony Sinisuka Ginting to Jonatan Christie.

This is followed by tournaments at the Swiss Open (March 22-27) and the Orleans Masters (March 29-3 April). For the tournament at the India Open 2022, Indonesia registered only 31 athletes or pairs from 5 sectors from the start.

Unfortunately, on Friday, December 17th, 21st, there were only 12 players left after some Indonesian badminton players, including Leo / Daniel and Gregoria Mariska, resigned.

The reason for the Indonesian badminton player’s resignation is not known for certain. But starting the B. sideWF badminton, Indonesia only leaves 12 players at the India Open 2022.

The remaining Indonesian players are Shesar Hiren Rhustavito, Tommy Sugiarto, Fitriani, Putri Kusuma Wardani and Yulia Yosephine Susanto.

Then there are Hendra Setiawan / Mohammad Ahsan, Nita Violina Marwah / Putri Syaikah, Yulia Yosephine / Fitriani, Rehan Naufal / Lisa Ayu and Zachariah Josiahno / Hediana Julimarbela.
