Parveen & Ilyas Khan
Parveen Sabrina Khan and Ilyas Raphaël Khan, children of the famous Indian percussionist Hameed Khan Kawa, were introduced to the ancient arts of Rajasthan at a young age. They lead the audience into an innovative universe where the Maands, traditional Indian songs that are in danger of extinction, take a new twist. Parveen sings the poetry of this music, which leaves plenty of room for improvisation, enhanced by the accompaniment of Ilyas, a talented beatboxer and tablas (Indian percussion) player. A musical and spiritual journey.

Aurus, aka Bastien Picot, is from Reunion. After the transgressive polyphony of the 3SomeSisters, he distills the maloya of his roots in an orchestral and percussive pop setting reminiscent of James Blake, Peter Gabriel or Woodkid. Bastien Picot, singer-songwriter from Tamponnais, now lives between Paris and Reunion, havens of calm or creation in an already rich trajectory: backing vocals with Stevie Wonder, Fred Wesley, with 3SomeSisters & Yael Naim, on lead vocals for a Richard produced Album Bona or with Lo Griyo or Maya Kamaty. A nice CV.
