Badminton News: South Korea’s rising star, An Se Young, has successfully climbed two places to fourth in the world in the latest ranking released this week by the Badminton World Federation (BWF).
The success of becoming champions in a row in Bali last week also contributed to the 19-year-old player reaching fourth place in the world rankings with 97,753 points.
In a row, An Se Young has won three consecutive titles on the Bali Tour, starting with the Indonesia Masters World Tour Super 750, the Indonesia Open World Tour Super 1000 and the BWF World Tour Finals 2021.
Even if he did not take part in the Bali Tour, Taiwan’s most important player, Tai Tzu Ying, is still confidently at the top of the world with 107,875 points, while the 2nd 102,454 points.
