After Babri Mosque incident, Indian Muslims are not willing to lose Gyanvapi Mosque

There are claims that Hindu relics have been found in Gyanvapi Mosque.

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, LUCKNOW – All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) Chairman Asaduddin Owaisi said Indian Muslims are not ready to concede another mosque after the Babri Mosque on Monday (16.5.2022). to lose. This statement is made because on the same day in Varanasi court it was alleged that relics or statues of Hindu gods were found in the complex Gyanvapi Masjid Mosque during the survey.

In response to this development, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Prime Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya tweeted on social media Twitter what is written. “No matter how much you hide the truth, it will come someday. Satya hi Shiv hai (Truth is Shiva),” he was quoted as saying. Indian timesTuesday (5/17/2022).

Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) claims the find previously proved that a temple stood on the site. Earlier in the day, the Varanasi court ordered the district government to close the pond at the Gyanvapi Mosque compound after saying the relic was found during a court mandate investigation.

Thinking about dismantling Babri Mosque in Ayodhya three decades ago and the 1949 incident when an idol of a Hindu deity appeared there, Owaisi asked the Muslims to promise that they would not allow the same incident to happen in Varanasi. In a video posted on the account TwitterIn his opinion, Owaisi said Muslims are not ready to lose another mosque after Babri Mosque.

“When I was 19-20 years old, the Babri Mosque was taken away from us and God willing, we will not allow this to happen to children of this age group,” he said.

He urged parishioners to promise they would not allow another mosque to disappear. “We know your tactics and we won’t let you hurt him again. The mosque exists and will exist insha’Allah until the Day of Judgment. Gyanvapi Mosque exists and until Allah keeps the world intact, the mosque will remain,” he said, referring to pressure from the Hindu wing.

Owaisi said Muslims should keep making efforts to keep mosques growing. “The walls of the mosques miss the people who have been praying in God’s house for 30 days. The mosques in the villages and areas must be kept alive because evil forces want to destroy our culture. They need to get the message that Muslims are not willing to lose mosques in India again,” Owaisi said.

Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) expressed his delight at the results. “This relic was found in the presence of lawyers and both parties. Therefore, the place where the relic was found is a temple. It is proven,” VHP President Alok Kumar said in Prayagraj.

Kumar said that as the matter is being dealt with in court it was inappropriate to comment further. After the court verdict, we will think about it further and later.

“After the court ruling, we will think about it further and then VHP can decide what further steps need to be taken,” he said.
